Kristin Andree

Affectionately known as “The Advisor’s Advisor,” Kristin brings nearly 25 years of experience in financial services to the team at My FA Partners. Kristin stepped down from her managing director role at a Fortune 100 financial firm in 2009 and founded the Andree Group, a coaching & consulting firm focused on helping advisors and firms elevate their offerings & seamlessly attract their ideal clients, while increasing both efficiency & profitability. 

Kristin combines her business strategy expertise, financial acumen, and business development knowledge, with her passion for developing advisors and championing their growth. She jokingly refers to herself as a “recovering advisor” and gets her energy from helping advisors and leaders grow THEIR business, THEIR way. Her brain goes into total overdrive coming up with creative & unique ways to help our clients step up, stand out & scale their businesses.

A life-long learner, Kristin is certified trainer, and a master certified coach. She is also the author of Don’t Make Me Pull This Car Over: A Roadmap for the Working Mom, and her most recent release, You’re Not for Everyone: But, You Can Be For Everyone. She is currently working on her third book - due out in early 2025.

Kristin is the creator and founder of The ACADEMY for Financial Advisors, and the The Advisor Success CIRCLE, bringing industry leading content and coaching to advisors across the country.
